CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel orders by calling us on 02034884741 or emailing info@drinkstation.co.uk. 

We will cancel your order and refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of cancellation, provided the items are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unopened and sealed.

Cancelled and returned items must be received by us within 14 days from receipt of your order.

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the items are returned safely in their original condition and packaging. Costs incurred for returns will be the responsibility of you, the customer.

We can arrange collection for an additional charge.

Returns and Refunds

On the very rare occasion an order may arrive damaged due to courier mishandling.
Refunds and exchanges are only eligible for items damaged in transit or arrive unfit for consumption.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that were not liked by the customer after they have opened or unsealed that item.

It is the responsibility of you the customer to report items damaged in transit on receipt of your delivery or report a missing delivery within 7 days after ordering.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
