By using a special barley variety, its brilliant straw yellow color is very bright compared to many beers of its genus. In the antrunk very soft and seductive with a light acacia note, it goes into a full, balanced triad of hops and malt. The finish is very clean and dry and leaves a fine, delicate hop bitter on the tongue. The Schönramer Hell simply encourages you to continue drinking.
The Schönramer Hell fits particularly well with Bavarian home cooking, but also with cold plates and cheese platters.
Special features of the production: intensive mash-in process, cold fermentation in open vats, long and cold post-fermentation of 5-6 weeks with crows for the natural carbonation of the beer. No pasteurization.
Malt: 100% Pilsner malt from the barley variety Marthe (barley from Old Bavaria, malted in Bavaria)
Hops: Tradition, Select, Hersbrucker and Hallertauer mid-morning from the Hallertau and Spalt
