Nikl Brau Weisse Eule Hefeweizen 500ml

Anyone who has ever stopped in Pretzfeld in Upper Franconia knows it: The White Owl from the Nikl Bräu. The overwhelming wheat beer from brewer Mike Schmitt and one of his three standard varieties in the Pretzfelder Keller as well as his other beer taverns in and around Pretzfeld. The Nikl white owl is a light wheat beer that has earned a reputation for its appearance and, above all, its taste. In the glass, the beer connoisseur is presented with a perfect sight. The Nikl Owl is golden yellow and comes with a dense-pored long-lasting head of foam, the nose is stimulated by notes of spicy clove and creamy banana.

The first sip of the Nikl Eule reveals a palatable body with perfectly dosed carbonic acid. The mouthfeel is velvety soft, with wonderful notes of straw and freshly mown grass spreading in the mouth, followed by an unmistakable banana aroma. At the very end, a hint of citrus sticks and makes the taste experience of the Nikl Eule perfect. A more than excellent wheat beer, one of the best we know: The Nikl white owl from Pretzfeld.
