Returns & Refunds
As our customer you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to return any product(s). You will need to notify us at email@example.com within this period of your intention to return a product(s). We
In the event of receiving a damaged product, if the product is broken or has leaked, you can refuse signing for it. Subsequently if you open the parcel and find that the product is damaged or has leaked then you will need to provide evidence by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Our customer service team will assist in issuing a refund or replacement.
When returning your product back, you make sure products is not opened and all seals are intact. Items should be returned in their original packaging, you may wish you reuse the outer packaging to send us back the product in. You will be responsible for any shipping costs in send us back the product(s)
All returns will need to be sent with a complete returns form.
Please return your package to: AMD PUBS LTD T/A DRINKSTATION.CO.UK, Queens Square, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4EW. You are also responsible for insuring all returns as we might claim against you should damages be sustained.
Once your package is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).
You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever up to 14 days after the day you receive it. You will need to notify us at email@example.com about your intention to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched before you inform us, you may refuse to accept delivery from the driver and your order will be returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not have to keep to these conditions and are not liable if we are prevented or delayed from doing so by circumstances beyond our control.
